A word of warning for those of you in South Korea who are planning to travel abroad this summer: be careful who you book your trip with.
A local organization says the number of consumer complaints about global travel booking websites jumped sharply last year.
According to the Korea Consumer Agency on Monday, the number of complaints was over 1-thousand-3-hundred in 2018,... far higher than the previous year's roughly 4-hundred.
Last year, more than 80-percent of the respondents complained about delays... or refusals to cancel trips or provide refunds.
