구글, 공정위 권고에 약관 첫 시정…회원 콘텐츠 함부로 못쓴다

Google has changed its terms and conditions deemed unfavorable to YouTubers after a request by South Korea's Fair Trade Commission.
The FTC wanted the firm to revise clauses that allowed the video-streaming platform to arbitrarily delete and reuse users' content.
Google says it will now inform users at least a month in advance of any changes to its services that may be unfavorable to them.
The revision will only be applied in Korea, but the FTC hopes it will be expanded worldwide.
