South Korean police have handed over two foreign national to prosecutors for violations of drug laws. It comes after police confiscated three-point-six kilograms of methamphetamines late last month, that had been manfuactured at hotel in downtown Seoul. A Chinese national is suspected of having manufactured the drugs while a Taiwanese national is alleged to have provided money and equipment. Police say the pair admitted to the charges of drug violations but claim that they don't know each other. They are looking for a third suspect who is believed to have acted as a middle-man.
