Government agencies will soon have to file a yearly report stating how many female board members they plan to appoint.
The law was proposed on Tuesday by the finance ministry to be implemented this July.
The yearly report will include each board's gender ratio, the previous year's performance and plans over the next five years to improve the board's gender equality.
