No. of people caught drunk driving falls 28% since implementation of Yoon Chang-ho Act

Korea's police agency says the number of people caught driving drunk has fallen by 28 percent since a tougher law, known as the Yoon Chang-ho Act, took effect last December.
The number of traffic accidents caused by drunk driving also fell to nearly 32-hundred in the first three months of this year - down 35 percent compared to the same period last year.
