Seoul's foreign minister refutes China's claims of having no responsibility for South Korea's fine dust levels

It is a fact that the extreme levels of fine dust in the country are partly caused by China.
That's coming from Seoul's foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha who was answering a question on remarks by Beijing after attending a closed-door seminar at the National Assembly on Thursday.
Beijing's foreign ministry spokesperson said a day earlier that he does not know if there is sufficient evidence to say South Korea's fine dust is from China.
Minister Kang added Seoul is continuously raising the issue with Beijing and the foreign affairs ministry is working with both countries' environment ministries to come up with a solution.
