Expert analysis on N. Korea-U.S. summit (북미특집대담)

The stage is set, the principal players are now in place.
Within the next several hours, we'll witness history again: a second handshake between the leaders of North Korea and the United States,... this time in Hanoi.

Let's get some expert analysis on the summit from Min Jeong-hun, professor at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy.

1. With the Hanoi summit due to start, analysts are weighing up their predictions -- some optimistic, others not so much. What do you expect from this summit?

2. President Trump appears to be dampening expectations ahead of the summit -- initially he said North Korea was onboard to fully denuclearize, but now saying he's in no rush to see that happen -- does this suggest a lack of progress since the first summit?

3. President Trump's critics are concerned he might be tempted to give away too much to secure a foreign policy victory in the eyes of his base with the 2020 election just over 18 months away. Are you concerned President Trump might concede to much ground to Kim Jong-un?

4. Finally,... has North Korea given any indication it's willing now to put "meat on the bones", either turn over an inventory of its arsenal or turn over some of its weapons of mass destruction?

Thanks for you insights.
