Good morning, those of you in the capital area will need to be careful during your commute, light flurries made roadways a bit slick this Friday morning, plan your route ahead of time and give yourself extra time. Snow will fall until the mid morning before returning again this evening.
Central regions will see 1 to 3 centimeters of snowfall, mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province to see up to 5 centimeters, Jeju and some of southern coastal regions will see light rain of 5 millimeters.
Morning temperatures are kicking off on the negative territory, expect to see colder temperatures through the weekend, lows on Sunday could drop to as low as minus 6 degrees Celsus.
Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, lows in most areas are few notches higher than yesterday, Busan and Jeju are relatively mild at 5 degrees.
Daily highs will range from 4 to 12 degrees Celsius, Seoul getting up to 2 degrees, highs will be couple notches milder.
