Good morning, central inland regions received a mix of rain and snow overnight, here in the capital we are also waking up to wet roads, but those in Gangwon-do and parts of Chungcheong-do Provinces could see some icy conditions, so drive with extra care.

But despite a bit of precipitation, we'll continue to suffer from dry conditions with dry weather advisories in place for most areas. Meanwhile, an advisory has upgraded to a warning in south-eastern areas including Daegu and Busan. Also yellow dust will blow in once the precipitation lets up, and we'll be seeing moderately bad air across the entire nation.

Now, let's talk about today's temperatures...morning lows are kicking off a lot higher than yesterday, but highs will go down a few notches and biting winds will make it feel a bit colder than the actual temperatures so dress up warm and have your face mask ready on your way out.
