Concrete pledges needed from N. Korea at next Kim-Trump summit: S. Korean FM

South Korean foreign minister Kang Kyung-wha,... who's in Davos for the World Economic Forum,.. is urging North Korea to make concrete pledges on denuclearization during the next Pyeongyang-Washington summit.
Kang said such pledges include dismantling its main nuclear complex and allowing international inspections to confirm the process.
Speaking to Reuters,... Kang said she's optimistic North Korea will agree to concrete steps towards the scrapping of their nuclear and ballistic missile programs.
She added the North's economy will never improve unless such steps are taken.
