For Dahi Tikari
4-5 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard & cumin seeds
Ginger-Garlic paste
1 cup Curd
Salt
Coriander, chopped

For Rotla
1½ Pearl Millet Flour
Water

Method of preparation:
For Dahi Tikari
In a mortar add garlic, red chilli powder, and smash it nicely.
In a pan, heat oil, add mustard & cumin seeds, chilli paste, saute it nicely.
Add ginger-garlic paste, curd and immediately switch off the gas.
Add salt, coriander and mix well.
Our Dahi Tikari is ready.

For Rotla
In a bowl, add pearl millet flour,water and knead it into a dough.
Keep it aside for 3-4 minutes.
Take small portion of the dough, dust it with flour and roll it
Heat a pan, transfer the rotla on it, and cook until its red on both sides on low flame.
Our Bajre ka Rotla is ready.
