Good morning. Today is Hanlu(Han-ro), literally translated as Cold Dew, marking the arrival of cooler temperatures. Seoul had the coldest morning temperatures of the season, down to single digits. Daegwallyeong in Gangwon-do Province had lows near zero. But temperatures will rise rapidly as the day goes on.
Sunny skies will boost the highs into the twenties, some 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the morning lows, very nice day for an afternoon stroll.
Highs will range from 21 to 23 degrees Celsius... Seoul and Gyeongju will reach 22 degrees, Daegu, Daejeon and Chuncheon will get up to 21 degrees.
