Small and medium enterprises in Korea will be better protected from technology theft by large corporations or state enterprises.

If large corporations or state enterprises steal SMEs' technology,.... they will have to pay compensation worth ten times the original value of the technology.
The ministry said,.... technology theft by large corporations reduces incentives for SMEs,... and it will amend the laws related to technology protection to introduce the proposed measures.
