Good morning. Morning rain in the upper regions has gone away, but it brought some slight relief from the heat, meanwhile southern regions will be sweltering hot and sunny all day.
The temperature is hovering in the mid 30's at 36 degrees Celsius in Daegu. Gwangju and Gyeongju will get up to 35 degrees. Seoul will see a high of 32 degrees.
As for the updates on the 19th typhoon of the season, Typhoon Soulik. We'll start to see heavy showers from tomorrow around Jeju and the southern coastal regions, with the rain gradually heading north by Thursday.
Torrential showers along with strong gusts of wind are expected to sweep the country for the next 3 days, be sure to keep updated on the path of the typhoon.
