Ingredients: Marinade the chicken: 4 large chicken legs 200 ml yogurt 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp pepper powder 3 - 4 tbsp ghee/ clarified butter For gravy: Nut paste (blend 10 - 11 cashews, 1/2 tbsp coriander and 20 raisins ) 4 tbsp Fried onion paste/ beresta paste Roasted masala (2 inch cinnamon stick, 1/2 tbsp coriander, 3 - 4 cloves, 3-4 black pepper, 1/2 of the nutmeg, 3 -4 cardamom pods, 3 -4 kashmiri red chilies, 1 mace) 3 tbsp onion paste 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste To temper ghee - 3 bay leaves, 2 inch cinnamon, 3 cardamom pods, 4 cloves 3 -4 slited green chilies 1/2 tsp kewra water/ pine extract
