Nargisi kofta is boiled eggs stuffed inside a crispy shell of kheema and mixed with different spices. Do try this at your home and share your experience with us.
Ingredients 250 grams boiled chicken kheema 4 boiled potatoes 3 chopped green chillies Ginger Garlic Salt 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp cumin seeds powder 2 slices of brown bread soaked in water Coriander leaves Boiled eggs Bread crumbs
Method In a bowl mix 250 grams boiled chicken kheema, 4 boiled potatoes, 3 chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds powder and grind it in a electric mixer.
Add 2 slices of brown bread soaked in water, coriander leaves and mix well.
Prepare a patty with the batter, add 1 boiled egg, fold it and dip it into the egg wash then cover it with bread crumbs.
Deep fry it and repeat with the rest of the batter.
Famous and delicious Nargisi Kofta is ready to be served!
