Ingredients:
- 2 Sticks of Cinnamon - 2 Cardamom pods - 4- 5 Cloves - 1 tsp of Fennel Seeds - Coconut Oil - 2 Finely chopped Onions - 1big and 1 small Tomato - 1 cup of freshly desiccated coconut - ½ cup chopped cashew nut - 3 -4 green chilies - 1 tsp poppy seeds - Water - Ginger Garlic Paste - ½ tsp Turmeric Powder - Salt - Chicken Breast
Method: - In a pan roast , Cinnamon sticks, Cardamom pods, Cloves and fennel seeds - In a thick pan add coconut oil and onions and let the onions turn golden brown - To make paste add freshly desiccated coconut, chopped cashew nut, green chilies, poppy seeds and water and grind it - Add ginger garlic paste, freshly chopped tomatoes and mix it well - Add turmeric and salt and little bit of water, to not let it dry - Add the paste created with onion and tomatoes. - Grind the roasted spices - Add chicken breast to the whole mixture and mix it well, add a little water and let it cook for some time - Add the lightly roasted spices.
