Ingredients For the Kofta 250gms Mutton kheema 1 small onion finely chopped 2 nos chopped green chillies 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp maida / rice flour 1 no egg 3 no boiled eggs Salt to taste Oil for frying For the gravy 3 large tomatoes 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 2 tbsp raw onion paste 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp red chilly powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 5 tbsp whipped yogurt 2 tbsp oil 1 cup water Salt to taste Coriander for garnish
Method
- Boil some water and add some salt to it. Place the hard boil eggs in it and boil for 6-7 minutes and keep it aside to cool.
- In a bowl add minced meat, chopped onions, chopped chillies, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, salt & refined flour & whipped egg
- Mix the minced meat and check if the eggs are cooled down & peel them
- Heat some oil and take the kofta mixture and cover the egg with it and egg wash them & fry them in the heated oil.
- In a pan add some oil and add onion puree to it, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, whipped curd, salt, garam masala, turmeric and red chilli powder and let it cook
- Add the kofta's to the gravy and add a cup full of water
