Learn how to make tasty Chicken Mayo Sandwich at home from our chef Smita Deo on Ruchkar Mejwani.

Chicken & Mayo Sandwich is a quick & easy to make snack where chicken pieces are cooked in garlic and black pepper. Then mixed with mayo, fresh & crunchy lettuce and finally layered on slices of bread. This is a healthy sandwich loved by kids.

Ingredients:

400 gms Boneless Chicken pieces
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Black Pepper
3 Lettuce leaves
3-4 tbsp Mayo
Mustard Sauce
Bread Slices
Salt to taste

Method:

- In a pan heat some oil.
- Add garlic paste and black pepper. Saute for a minute.
- Then add cleaned and washed chicken pieces. Mix everything well.
- Add salt to taste. Let the chicken cook properly.
- Once the chicken is cooked remove it in a bowl allow it to cool down.
- Then grind the chicken coarsely.
- Add mayo and chopped lettuce to the ground chicken. Mix well.
- Cut the edges of the bread slices.
- Apply mustard sauce to each bread slice.
- Then generously apply the chicken & mayo mixture and spread it.
- Put the other slice of the bread on top. Press gently. Cut the sandwich into your desired shape.
- Chicken Mayo Sandwich is ready.
