Paneer is loved by all! So here is a special treat for all the Paneer lovers. Make easy to make yummy & delicious Paneer Bhurji at home with Chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar.

Ingredients
- 2tbsp Oil
- 2 chopped onions
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- water
- green peas
- Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
- Chopped Capsicum
- Tomato Ketchup
- Green Chillies
- Coriander leaves

Method
- In a pan heat oil and ad chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, grated ginger, salt, red chilli powder and water.

- Once the tomatoes cook, add green peas and let it cook for some time, cover the pan with a lid.

- Once it is cooked add Paneer and capsicum and little water, tomato ketchup, green chillies and coriander leaves.

- Paneer Bhurji is ready to be served!
