Islam Cena është nje nga mijera shqiptaret qe do t'u mohohet e drejta e votës ne 23 qershor. Ai vjen nga Kukësi dhe është shtruar ne spitalin "Nene Tereza" ne Tirane, ne pritje te nje ndërhyrjeje kirurgjikale. Është 78 vjeç dhe e ka te pamundur per te votuar ne këto kushte. Si ky pacient ne te gjithë vendin ka rreth 1500, por shifra është e luhatshme për shkak te shtrimeve apo daljeve gjate këtyre dy ditëve. Duke ju referuar sistemit komunist te sëmuret, kërkojnë qe t'u jepet mundësia për te ushtruar te drejtën e votës. Pjesa me e madhe e te sëmurëve ne QSUT vijnë nga rrethet dhe numrit te personave qe nuk votojnë u shtohet te paktën edhe një familjar qe u qëndron pranë. Jashtë kamerës mjeket thonë se kane marre porosi qe te mbajnë te shtruar deri te dielën, vetëm te semuret rende. Numrit te pacienteve qe nuk votojne dot, u shtohet shifra rreth 2 mije e para dhe tetraplegjikeve qe nuk ngrihen dot nga shtrati, 10 mije te verbrit qe duan flete te veçanta votimi e mijera persona ne karrige me rrota qe nese nuk kane rampat, mund te shkojnë te qendra e votimit, por pa e arritur kutinë.
