Andis Harasani nuk do te jete me deputet i Partisë Socialiste, pasi ka vendosur largimin nga jeta parlamentare dhe shkëputjen nga grupi parlamentar socialist ku bënte pjese. Deputeti i Tiranes prej 2 mandatesh, qe nga viti 2005, Harasani është shprehur se largohet për arsye tërësisht personale. Lajmi është bere publik nga kryetari i PS, Edi Rama, gjate mbledhjes se grupit socialist. Ne rrjetin social "Facebook", Harasani sqaron se pavarësisht largimit për ne SHBA, ai do te vazhdoje te mbështesë Partine Socialiste dhe do te punoje për te siguruar fitoren e saj ne zgjedhjet parlamentare te vitit 2013. Pas largimit te tij, mandatin disa mujor do ta marre Auron Tare i cili është ne radhe ne listën e kandidateve për deputet për qarkun e Tiranes. Zëvendësimi i Harasanit ne vendin e tij ne parlament mund te marre kohe për shkak se vete komisioni i zgjedhjeve ndodhet ne proces riformatimi.
