Thellohet skandali ne Golem, aty ku komuna ka shpërfillur te gjitha ligjet dhe institucionet e shtetit duke lejuar ndërtim jashtë çdo kriteri buze detit, ne zone turistike. Edhe pse këshilli i rregullimit të territorit të Shqipërisë ka marrë një vendim qe ndalon çdo lloj ndërtimi deri në 200 metra nga bregu i detit, skandali në zonën e Golemit në brendësi të plazhit të Malit të Robit vazhdon.
Vizion Plus ka matur distancën mes urës që po ndërtohet dhe bregut të detit dhe ajo rezulton që është 73 metra. Ardian Tragaj qe pretendon pronësinë e një sipërfaqeje toke dhe menaxheri i tij Thoma Sterkaj pranojnë hapur se kanë shkelur ligjin dhe kanë ndërtuar urën. Sipas tyre aprovimi është marrë në komunë, edhe pse ajo nuk ka të drejtë të japë leje ndërtimi në zona turistike. Por shkeljet me ndërtimet e paligjshme nuk përfundojnë këtu, pasi edhe vetë kryetari i komunës Agron Agalliu e pranon që ka dhënë leje për tu ndërtuar ura duke u mbrojtur me argumentin absurd se pronari i tokës nuk kishte ku të kalonte. Nga ana tjetër me të ndërtuar një pjesë të urës pronari Ardian Tragaj ka hyrë edhe në zonën e pyllit të Golemit dhe ka prishur 3 fusha futbolli që i takonin fshatit turistik "Princess Interantional" edhe pse këto figuronin në masterplanin e zhvillimit të zonës të vitit 2002. Ndonëse pronari është ende në proces gjyqësor me banorët, te cilët i kishin ndërtuar me fondet e tyre këto fusha, ai nuk ka pritur as vendimin e gjykatës dhe as ardhjen e inspektoratit ndërtimor por ka ndërmarrë nismën vetë duke shkatërruar çdo objekt mbi sipërfaqen pyjore në afërsi të plazhit dhe duke e ruajtur sipërfaqen me roje private.
