Gjykata ka vendosur te kaloje ne seance gjyqësore padinë e gardistit Fatos Skeja, ndaj vëllait te madh te Hekuran Dedës, protestuesit te vrare ne 21 janar, Zabit Deda. Ne seancën e sotme, te zhvilluar ne Gjykatën e Tiranes, avokati mbrojtës i Dedës i ka kërkuar gjykatës te pezulloje shqyrtimin e padisë, derisa Prokuroria te vendoste për kallëzimin penal te depozituar nga vëllezërit Deda ndaj gardistit. Por kjo kërkesë është hedhur poshtë nga gjyqtari Ardian Mullai, i cili ka vendosur vazhdimin e procesit civil. Pas këtij vendimi, ka reaguar avokati mbrojtës i dy vëllezërve Deda, Koli Bele. Padia ndaj Zabit Dedës është depozituar ne Gjykate pas deklaratave te bëra prej tij ne "Vizion Plus", ku deklaronte se gardisti Fatos Skeja i kishte shkuar ne shtëpi si negociator për te pritur ne shtëpi për vizite kryeministrin e vendit Sali Berisha, ne këmbim te një shume parash, por edhe te identitetit dhe fotos se vrasësit te Hekuran Dedës me 21 janar 2011. Sipas gardisti Fatos Skeja, ky pretendim nga vëllai i Hekuran Dedës është krejtësisht i gënjeshtërt, ndaj dhe ai ka kërkuar nga gjykata dëmshpërblim me 5 milion leke nga ana e Zabit Dedës, për demin e shkaktuar.
