Duke zgjedhur një vend aspak te zakonshmen, larg klisheve te sallave te konferencave, Robert Aliaj ka vendosur te prezantoje nisjen e festivalit ne mes te zhurmës se sheshit "Skënderbej" ne rikonstruksion!
Behet fjale për garën mbi filmin me metrazh te shkurtër "Tirana 48 Ore", qe këtë vit ne edicionin e dyte mbështetet mediatikisht nga "Vizion Plus". Organizatoret janë shprehur se kineastet e rinj, por edhe amatoret kane prioritet ne një sfide e cila te bën te krijosh një film ne vetëm 48 ore. Te premten ne orën 19:00 do te hidhet dhe shorti ku do te zbulohen subjektet mbi te cilat do te punojnë 18 grupet e xhirimit deri ne datën 23 Tetor. Me pas, fundjavën tjetër, ne 28 dhe 29 Tetor, nga kinemaja e qendrës "Kristal" do te shpallet edhe fituesi, i cili këtë vit do te udhëtojë drejt festivalit te Los Angelosit.
