00:00Tried pulling out the pint, but it won't budge?
00:03If your Ninja Swirls container feels jammed in place, don't force it.
00:07Here's how to safely remove it without breaking anything.
00:10Step 1. Unplug the machine.
00:13Always cut power before removing stuck parts.
00:16This prevents accidental motor movement while you're troubleshooting.
00:19Step 2. Gently twist the outer bowl counterclockwise.
00:23Grip the bowl, not just the pint.
00:26If it's misaligned or pressurized, this twist often loosens the tension.
00:31Step 3. Press the swirl handle fully down, then lift it back up.
00:36If the swirl press didn't fully retract, the container can get locked in place.
00:40Move the handle slowly to reset it.
00:42Step 4. Lift straight up with a small wiggle.
00:45Use both hands to apply even upward pressure.
00:48Don't yank from one side.
00:50A light wiggle while lifting helps release the seal.
00:53Step 5. Check for dried mix or overflow gumming it up.
00:56Look under the bowl and around the base.
00:58Sticky residue can create suction.
01:01Wipe clean before reassembling.
01:03Still stuck?
01:04Let the unit sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then try again.
01:08If nothing works, reach out to Ninja Support. Links in the description.
