00:04If your ninja slushy runs like normal, but your drink stays liquid and never freezes,

00:08don't worry, there are a few common causes, and most are easy to fix.

00:13Step 1. Check your sugar and alcohol content.

00:16If the mix is too low in sugar or too high in alcohol, the machine won't be able to freeze it.

00:21You need at least 4% sugar content and moderate alcohol levels.

00:25Add a little syrup or reduce alcohol to rebalance.

00:27Step 2. Make sure the mix is properly chilled.

00:32If your base is too warm when you pour it in, it'll take longer or fail to freeze altogether.

00:37Always pre-chill your drink in the fridge before pouring it into the vessel.

00:40Step 3. Avoid overfilling the container.
