Hi guys, my name is Jasmine Parr from Austin Fit and Fearless, and today I'm going to be showing you guys how to develop the lower body. Now we're going to learn the Kettlebell Swing. You're going to start off in your basic squats stance. grab your Kettlebell.

Despite what it looks like, the Kettlebell is just an extension of my arms. The power is really coming from my hips and my legs, and then thrusting forward and moving it up. So you really want to make sure when you're down, keep your chest up, thrust your hips forward, bring that Kettlebell over your head, and back into the starting position. Now that's called the Kettlebell Swing.
