and go for a walk and feel so much better.

It's my favorite thing to see what you're up to.

She's been cooking since she was a little girl.

When I used to go film my TV show,

my husband and her older sister would be home

and she would make dinner for both of them all the time.

I'm a really big pasta girl,

but I throw in so many vegetables.

So I love to put zucchini, carrots,

shred seriously any vegetable in my pasta sauce

just to sneak in some extra nutrients.

You even shredded carrots in it and it tasted so good.

But I did learn from my mom's side of the family.

We have a really big family.

She's one of five and your grandma cooked a lot.

And so she actually comes from a lot of cooks in the family.

And so I learned from the best.

It's traditional in our family to cook.

Most every single night for our family.

And Sundays, we have Sunday suppers

and everybody comes over and it's so much fun.

Sometimes we have up to 40 people at the house

I played tennis growing up

because my dad was a professional tennis player.
