and I'm ready to break down my seven-day game plan.

These are the things I do Monday to Sunday

to be my most productive, efficient, happy self.

It's Monday.

I'm gonna wake up on time so I can do my complete

one and a half hour morning routine.

I get out of bed, I stretch, I meditate for 20 minutes,

I drink tea, I go on a walk, I spend time with my dog,

I shower, I do my complete face routine.

We're talking my toner, my under-eye cream,

my balancing serums, my hydrating cream,

my SPF, always SPF.

At one o'clock, I'm gonna break my fast

because I intermittent fast, and I'm going to eat.

So I start eating at 1 p.m. and I stop eating at 9 p.m.,

which is good because it forces me to have a lunch,

and so it really helps me have that pause in the day.

For lunch, I'm probably gonna eat chicken

with a side of roasted carrots,

or fish made in my air fryer because it makes me feel

like I know how to cook.

Fish with a side of broccoli because it's Monday,

and I'm feeling like I'm so healthy,

and I'm gonna do this week right

because I haven't unraveled yet and gone downhill.

I then go into my office and I jump into my inbox

because now I'm in work mode.

The first thing I'll do is go through my 100 million

emails that I have, hoping that most of them are spam

so I can delete them and feel like I did some work.

I then jump into meetings that could be about productions,

about my fund, maybe they're a press.

Because I spend so much time at my desk,

if it's a call or meeting that I can do on the phone,

I'm walking outside.

I'm gonna keep working until about 6, 7 p.m.

because on Mondays, I get a massage.

At 9 p.m., I get a 90-minute massage

by a lovely masseuse that comes to my house

because I am so, so lucky and I recognize that.

I get a one and a half hour massage.

After that, I'll watch a little something on TV,

read a little book, and I go to bed.

It's Tuesday, I'm waking up, still determined

because of the top of the week,

but I'm slightly like, does anything really matter?

I go through emails, this happens every day.

I cannot escape my inbox on any day.

Every day I wake up, there will be hundreds

The good thing about Tuesday is that I work

throughout the day and I end work a little earlier

because on Tuesdays, there's a big chance

that I'm gonna take advantage of $5 theater tickets

and go to the movies, baby.

Tuesdays are my favorite because I love going

to see movies in the theater.

So I'm going to check Showtimes.

I'm going to go to the movie theater.

I'm going to order a big old bucket of popcorn.

I'm gonna share it with no one

and I'm gonna have the time of my life.

Sometimes I have a little more self-control

and I'm like, fine, you know what?

I'll be a fitness influencer.

I wake up, do my morning routine, do my face routine,

I know we've been taught to think from a kid

Then I use a cleanser from my dermatologist.

Then I put a balancing serum on a cotton pad.

I do a little bit of this, a little bit of this.

A little bit of eye rejuvenating cream,

If I am breaking out, I'll use a dab,

And then, I am going to do something different.

that I keep in the mini fridge in my room

so they're nice and cold and I'm gonna put them

under my eyes because today, I'm going to shoot some stuff

for my socials and for my book club

and for my fun and for a gang of different things.

I'm walking into my room, destroying my closet

because I'm picking out 10, 15 different shirts,

putting them on a rolling rack

because I'm gonna bank a bunch of content

and make it seem like I shot it on different days.

I'm shooting book reviews.

I'm shooting information about my fun.

And then, when I'm done, I'm taking it all to my computer,

sending it to my editor, I'm editing some of it myself.

Today is a day for creation.

After I'm finished this, yeah, I actually touch base

with a lot of my team members.

So I'm having a call with my lawyers to talk about,

After that, I'm having a touch base with my manager

I'm part owner of LA's women's soccer team

So I wake up, I pick out my outfit, I prep,

I put on my jersey, I put on my owner's badge.

and the traffic is so bad

and I get ready to host a bunch of friends in my suite.

I am cheering and my team is going to win, hopefully.

Today is Sunday, my favorite day.

Sunday means that I am going to take care of myself today.

I wake up whenever I want.

I oil my hair and massage my scalp.

I leave that oil in my hair for about an hour or two hours.

I wash my hair with a deep conditioner.

I wash my hair however many times I need to in a week.

A minimum of one.

I don't like to overwash it.

It's not great to overwash hair.

But if I get my hair styled

or if I'm going somewhere and there's product in it,

I do a face mask before I sleep.
