Hi, I am Gilly Rinaldo with Smart Workout, and I am here to show you a move called over the head air rope swing using the air ropes. Very similar to a jumprope. These weigh about 1 pound each, and they use the force of centrifugal motion to get a great upper body workout, as well as incorporate some cardio jump rope into your exercise routine. So we are going to start with the arms up over the head in a big Y, swinging the air ropes in circles. And you are going to just jump rope in place with the feet. We are going hold here, just to get used to the arm motion, for 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Then, you can bring the knees up high to the front, and hold here for 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Then you can go into hamstring curls, bringing 1 foot up behind your body, for 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Try this at home to incorporate some cardio jumprope into your fitness routine.
