U.S. President Donald Trump is once again making bold claims—this time demanding the Nobel Peace Prize for what he calls “ending 5 beautiful wars.” In a fiery Truth Social post and recent interviews, Trump insisted he played a key role in settling multiple global conflicts, saying, “We’ve settled a lot of very beautiful wars.” Without naming specifics, he credited trade deals and diplomacy under his leadership for stopping wars that “could’ve gone nuclear.”

00:00We stopped a lot of countries from war, India and Pakistan.
00:04We stopped a lot of countries.
00:06And we're going to get that one stopped, too.
00:10Somehow we're going to get that one stopped.
00:11That's a really horrible — we've got the Congo, which is going up for 31 years.
00:18Rwanda, that one's done.
00:22We stopped a lot of wars.
00:23This is the one we seem to be — this should be the easiest to stop, and it's not.
00:28On Russia, Mr. President, can you say,
00:31have those nuclear submarines been deployed yet to face Russia?
00:36I've already put out a statement, and the answer is they are in the region,
00:40yeah, where they have to be.
00:41Do you know what Steve Wyckoff's message will be to the Russians?
00:45Is there anything they can do to avoid sanctions at this point?
00:48Yeah, get a deal where people stopped getting killed.
00:52They had a number that just came out that a tremendous number of Russian
00:58soldiers are being killed.
00:59And likewise, Ukraine — a lower number, but still thousands and thousands of people.
01:04And now we're adding towns where they're being hit by missiles.
01:08So it's a lot of people being killed in that ridiculous war.
01:12And, you know, we stopped — we stopped a lot of countries from war — India and Pakistan.
01:18We stopped a lot of countries.
01:20And we're going to get that one stopped, too.
01:23Somehow we're going to get that one stopped.
01:25That's a really horrible — well, you know, you heard about Cambodia and Thailand.
01:31We got that one done.
01:33We got the Congo, which was going up for 31 years.
01:37Rwanda, that one's done.
01:41We stopped a lot of wars.
01:42This is the one we seem to be — this should be the easiest to stop, and it's not.
01:48I mean, Rwanda and Congo were going on 31 years when I got it stopped.
01:53Eight million people dead, at least.
01:56That's what they have.
01:56But I think the number is much higher.
01:59And the leaders of each country, Rwanda and the Congo, they were great.
02:03They were great.
02:04And they wanted it stopped.
02:0631 years it went on.
02:08We stopped a lot of wars.
02:10Serbia, Kosovo was going to be happening.
02:15And I don't believe it will now.
02:17So we stopped that one, too.
02:18Yes.
02:19You said you had more of an update to give us on Gaza — on the Gaza Strip.
02:22Could you give us —
02:23Only we want the people fed.
02:26And we're the only country that's really doing that.
02:28We're putting up money to get the people fed.
02:30And Steve Whitcoff is doing a great job.
02:32And we want Israel to get them fed.
02:36We're giving some pretty big contributions.
02:40I don't think it's sad.
02:41Look, they're in a war.
02:43There — some horrible things happened on October 7th, as you know.
02:47It was a horrible, horrible thing.
02:49One of the worst I've ever seen.
02:50I've seen a lot of bad things in some president in terms of wars and potential wars.
02:55I mean, if you look at the one that we just stopped,
02:59there are thousands of people being dead already at the border between Thailand and Cambodia.
03:06Thousands of people.
03:08And I've seen some bad things.
03:10But that October 7th with Hamas was really, really bad.
