00:00All right, gentlemen, both belt lines are good right here in the middle of the letters, okay?
00:04You both received my instructions in the dressing room, so you know what I expect.
00:07Obey my commands, protect yourselves at all times, touch gloves, God bless you both.
00:11Well, you talk about completely contrasting styles and experience.
00:15Josh Edwards, a U.S. Olympian decorated amateur career, taking on Cayman Audi,
00:21who said, I'm just a brawler, no amateur experience.
00:24The only reason he had a pro fight was because a guy he was training with was on a fight card
00:28and someone fell out last second, and he said, hey, do you want to fight?
00:30He came and said, all right, why not?
00:32And he went in and knocked the guy out, and here he is in his sixth pro fight
00:36who says, if this guy stands and bangs with me, it's going to be a lot of fun.
00:41Yeah, Audi is a brawler, but there is power in that left hand.
00:46He knocked out his last opponent, one-punch knockout straight with the left hook.
00:50That's the shot he's going to be looking for.
00:52Came in as a southpaw with a big left hand, but, like, he's told us,
00:56I'm going to bang away until something happens, but something also could happen to him
01:00when you come with a big right-hand puncher like Edwards.
01:05A slip, but what a slip it was.
01:07He came crashing down to the canvas.
01:10Audi grew up on a reservation.
01:13His Native American said he grew up fighting with everyone over pretty much anything.
01:17He said, that's just the way we did it.
01:19There's a big right hand being handed by Edwards.
01:21Credit to Audi.
01:22He took both those shots.
01:24Watch your feet, guys.
01:25Oh, counter right hand, super slick from Edwards.
01:30You can see the contrast in experience here.
01:33Audi with zero amateur experience.
01:35You can totally see it.
01:36No upper body movement.
01:37No punch resistance.
01:39This isn't going to last long.
01:41Boy, Audi would love to at least land one big shot just to say he did it.
01:45He's trying his best, but Edwards is just too good at everything.
01:49If Edwards stands in front of him, then Audi might have a chance, but Edwards is too slick,
01:54too strong, too smart, and way too experienced for this brawler.
01:58Big wind-up shot.
02:00Oh, boy.
02:01Audi's in real trouble.
02:02Should stop this fight.
02:04He's outclassed.
02:05And they'll stop it.
02:06They'll wave it off.
02:07An easy night at the office for Josh Edwards.
02:12That was the right call by the referee, man, because this was going to end ugly for Cayman
02:16Audi, he came with heart, with bravery, with confidence, but Edwards is just way too polished
02:22as a fighter and as a boxer.
02:26Not even halfway through round one, as the man who began boxing at the age of six just
02:33beat a man who began boxing about a year and a half ago.
02:37That was the difference.
02:39And another win for Joshua Edwards.
02:42That's four straight fights in the past five months.
02:44Keep them busy, keep them active, keep them knocking out everyone they put in front of
02:49them.
02:50Yeah, and Lester Bedford is the manager of Joshua Edwards, who also is the manager for Tristan
02:55Calcruth, who we'll see next.
02:57There's that slick counter right hand from Edwards.
02:59Beautiful shot.
03:00You can see Edwards pulled back slightly just to land that big right hand.
03:04Boom.
03:05Right on the tip of the chin.
03:06Somewhat of a push, but it still landed right on the tip of the chin.
03:10Credit for Audi getting up.
03:11But the other knockdowns, those weren't shots.
03:14Those weren't glancing shots.
03:15Those were nice power shots.
03:17That one right there, that could have been a knockdown as well.
03:19And here's the end of the fight.
03:20Big right hand.
03:22And that's what Edwards is best for.
03:24Setting up that big power shot and boom.
03:27Catching counter.
03:28You can see Audi didn't know where he was going because he doesn't know how to defend.
03:32He's a fighter.
03:32He's a brawler.
03:33He's not a boxer.
03:35Turned his back.
03:36They could have easily stopped the fight when he did that.
03:39And credit to Joshua Edwards not hitting him, man, while he has his back turned to him.
03:44But the referee did a good job, the smart job, by stopping this fight by a guy that naughty that was outclassed.
03:51Well, I don't think Josh Edwards learned much tonight.
03:54We didn't learn much about him.
03:55But he does get a win on his record.
03:57And at 25 years of age, he'll take any win he can get.
04:04So that was Edwards' second win in just 35 days.
04:08You can build up a pretty good-looking record if you're fighting twice basically a month.
04:15Well, the ring's next card is stacked with championship goals set for November 22nd at A&B Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
04:22This blockbuster event features four world title fights headlined by a can't-miss clash as David Benavidez takes on Anthony Yard
04:30and Brian Norman Jr. defends his WBO welterweight title against Devin Haney.
04:36Do you think Devin – oh, sorry, Sergio.
04:39I was going to ask you a question, but apparently our producer does not want to hear what you have to say.
04:43Thank you, Bob.
04:44Let's go into the ring now and Joe Martinez.
04:47Ladies and gentlemen, the end comes officially.
04:52One minute, 29 seconds.
04:54Round number one.
04:55Referee Ben Rodriguez steps in, puts a halt to this fight.
04:59Your winner by TKO.
05:01Oh, he is still undefeated.
05:04Joshua the Rocket Edwards!
05:08Well, Sergio, can we learn anything from that performance from Edwards?
05:17No.
05:18And normally whenever you have power, you're just going to knock everyone they put in front of you.
05:24That's what Joshua's been doing.
05:25We're going to find out more about the Rocket.
05:28Joshua Edwards about 10, 15 fights down the road.
05:31When he has some resistance.
