Ingredients: Oil Ghee Marinated Prawns ( Turmeric & Salt) Brinjal Few Curry Leaves 2-3 Slit Green Chillies 1 Big Onion chopped 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp Coriander Powder ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder 2 Cups Hot Water Salt as per taste A few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Method of Preparation:
* Prawns cleaned and deveined * Marinate the Prawns with little Turmeric & Salt for 15 mins.
1. Heat a pan add oil & then add the marinated prawns. 2. Let the prawns cook for few minutes. 3. Then remove the partially cooked prawns in a bowl and keep aside & also preserve its stock. 4. In the same pan add oil, then add few curry leaves, 2-3 slit green chillies & 1 chopped onion & saute till onion becomes translucent. 5. Then add 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste & saute till its raw smell disappears. 6. Then add 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder, ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder & finally add some salt as per taste & saute for few seconds. 7. Then add the brinjal pieces & add 2 cups of Hot Water and mix all gently. 8. Then finally add the partially cooked prawns along with the stock & close the lid & let it cook for few minutes. 9.
