00:00For some time, you know, sometime like maybe six months, prompt engineer was a big deal, right?

00:05Now prompt engineers have gone away because there's now a realization that whether we like it or not,

00:10we're all prompt engineers. And so if you look at it and said, you know, maybe 10 years ago

00:15that there were some people who were really skilled with email, now email sort of default

00:20for all of us, right? And so in some sense that evolution is going to happen where the future of

00:27how you validate someone's ability is by either skills-based or by experiential, as both my

00:35panelists have said, or other ways of demonstrating your capability to sort of show your quality

00:41and to verify quality. Because if an LLM tells you something and you can recognize very quickly

00:48that that's a ridiculous result, you're now super valuable in the organization.
