00:04It's the Volusia Sheriff's Office in Florida.

00:15Volusia deputies have just pulled over a driver wanted for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

00:20Step out of the car. Step out of the car. Step out of the car now!

00:25I'm going to send my dog through that window if you don't get out of the car now.

00:33Besides the aggravated battery charge, he also has a history of fleeing from Volusia deputies.

01:02We're passing Golden Hills to southbound.

01:05There's now three patrol cars right on his tail.

01:08He's coming.

01:10Up ahead, a deputy waits with stop sticks.

01:12All right, I got you guys coming up behind the white van, correct?

01:15Hang on, we got two.

01:16And the driver swerves to avoid them.

01:21He loses control, does a complete 360.

01:26Airline, do you guys still have this?

01:28And onto the sidewalk he goes.

01:30And just like that, he continues on his way.

01:32Did you get a good hit on it?

01:34I don't think so.

01:35His rear driver is low, but it does look like it's going down.

01:40We're coming up to the truck route display here in 30 seconds.

01:42All right, units that aren't engaged with this, we need you to get out of it and start blocking intersections.

01:47I don't want any issues with traffic as he's hitting these intersections.

01:50Up ahead, a second deputy waits with stop sticks.

01:53Get ready.

01:58The driver spots the sticks and swerves into the opposite lane of traffic.

02:03All right, get the sticks.

02:05As the deputy retrieves the sticks, the other patrol cars hurry to catch up with the driver.

02:10The driver suddenly makes a turn and gets off the main road.

02:29All right, he's turning it off.

02:30He's eastbound on Woodmont Road.

02:33Coming southbound on Amelia from Woodmont.

02:36Still south, just past Oakdale, passing Fraternity Circle.

02:39Up ahead's a roundabout, and instead of going around, he goes straight through.

02:44Somebody set up at Keflin.

02:47New York.

02:48There's a construction zone up ahead.

02:50The tires might be coming apart from his left rear.

02:52The driver tries to pass on the shoulder.

02:54He's going through the construction.

02:56And loses control.

03:01He gets out of the car and takes off.

03:13And now K-9 Red takes off.

03:51Inside the vehicle, deputies found a loaded firearm and a backpack containing a cornucopia of drugs.

03:5639-year-old Randolph Brown is now facing charges including aggravated fleeing, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, and hit and run with injuries.
