00:00So this one is going to take us to the Florida Panhandle.
00:03That's where Highway Patrol, along with the Washington County Sheriff's Office,
00:07just released some new footage from a very bumpy pursuit.
00:16Florida Highway Patrol is in pursuit of a 2014 Ford Mustang
00:20with a plate belonging to a 2017 GMC Denali.
00:24The driver makes his way over to the turning lane.
00:33But instead of turning into this cemetery,
00:36the driver heads into the opposite lane of traffic.
00:41As the trooper returns back to the northbound lane,
00:44the driver makes a U-turn.
00:54And then another U-turn, which I guess would make that a 360.
01:01Once again, he cuts over.
01:03And again, he's now driving towards oncoming traffic.
01:08The trooper catches up to the Mustang.
01:13The driver slams on his brakes
01:15and makes another U-turn.
01:18The trooper catches up to the Mustang and moves in for the pit.
01:26The Mustang hits the brakes
01:28and moves over to the opposite lane again.
01:34The driver tries to lose him down this residential area,
01:37but the officer is right behind him.
01:39The driver passes a construction vehicle
01:49going nearly 100 miles an hour
01:51and then suddenly slams on his brakes.
02:02The driver, who's now without a rear bumper,
02:07is doing everything he can to get away.
02:09But the trooper's right on his tail.
02:13Or what's left of it.
02:16Again, the driver brake checks the trooper.
02:23The driver jumps out of the Mustang
02:25and takes off running.
02:30Followed by one,
02:32two,
02:32three officers.
02:37Who eventually catch up with the suspect
02:40and place him inside a patrol car.
02:44What's up, big dog?
02:46And as you can see,
02:47he's got guilt written all over his face,
02:50along with a lot of other stuff.
02:51Big daddy.
02:53How about it, buddy?
02:54What's your name?

02:5736-year-old Alex Daniels
03:00is now facing charges,
03:01including fleeing,
03:03aggravated battery on an officer,
03:04and possession of a weapon
03:05by a convicted felon.
03:07And by the way,
03:08as Daniels was being booked at the jail,
03:11they found meth on him,
03:12so he's going to get that charge too.
03:14He'll be back.
03:14And I need that charge too.
03:18And he's going to get that charge.
03:20He's going to get it.
