Yeah, we actually can never answer this question.
00:02
We have no real identity.
00:04
We're identity-less.
00:05
We are a four-piece indie rock band from Edinburgh.
00:08
We're a bit from all over the place.
00:10
I'm actually from Norwich.
00:12
Harrison and Strun are from Edinburgh, and then CJ's from Hong Kong,
00:15
so we've got an international vibe.
00:17
No, we always say we're a safe space for the dads and kids.
00:23
I would say our music's anthemic.
00:26
We hope it's cinematic at points,
00:28
but I think it's quite straightforward, it's quite pop-based,
00:30
even though we probably would say it's indie rock,
00:32
but I think the songwriting's quite pop,
00:34
so welcome in if you like pop.
00:37
We're fine with it.
00:39
We all met in 2021.
00:42
We, I think...
00:45
You were there?
00:46
I was there.
00:48
I met them, I worked at a rehearsal studio at the time,
00:51
and then joined the project,
00:55
and then we kind of released...
00:58
I think we released a single annually for, like, three years.
01:01
Yeah, it's quite slow-moving.
01:03
Yeah, and then we were just playing about,
01:06
lots of Sneaky Pete's,
01:07
and we just saw...
01:09
We've just done our first headline tour,
01:12
which was sweet,
01:13
but it turned into only two dates because our van broke down.
01:16
Yeah, it's more of a short walk.
01:19
What was it we ended up calling it?
01:21
A collection of shows.
01:23
Yeah, it's just two shows, actually.
01:25
A little two-day showcase.
01:27
And then...
01:29
Yeah, it released an EP in February.
01:33
This is a strange order to tell.
01:35
This isn't in chronological...
01:36
It's not in chronological order,
01:38
but it is the history,
01:40
because it's not...
01:42
It has...
01:43
It happens.
01:44
It's just happened.
