02:24this is it look on the corner oh and it's got a carriage this is rachel's house she is a full-time
02:33working mum with two daughters and she split up with her partner about six years ago and she says
02:39since then the clutter has just got out of control so there's no time like the prisoner let's see what
02:46they've thrown at us this time let's get in let's get in the family have gone out so we can have a
02:51good old snoop around oh my goodness come on in this four bedroom detached home there's a living and
03:02dining room and a kitchen downstairs upstairs upstairs there are three bedrooms and a spare room
03:12there's tutus everywhere guys oh have we got ballerinas living here wow amazing how gorgeous is
03:20that do you think she's made these well she must do i mean look how beautiful that is amazing if she
03:26makes these i'm getting her to make me a dress the only thing is how are you working in all of this
03:31yeah where is she making it if she is making it oh there's sewing machines on the sofa surely she's
03:36not making it in here no that can't be where she makes these dresses oh she's an amazing seamstress
03:41that's all i've seen i mean at least they have got some storage there i mean look at all the games
03:46they're not organized obviously but they are not really not organized how are they gonna earth are
03:50they gonna play yeah and where oh look at all the trophies so many medals look highest mark for tap

04:57purpose and eliminate those spare rooms this is a massive desk how frustrating that she's making those
05:05dresses on that tiny footstool at the sofa that's covered in junk and there's a huge table in here
05:12this is massive across the landing dilly and rob check out eldest daughter amelia's room ah the
05:20teenagers rooms always the same aren't they yeah chaos beyond chaos where are you a lot of stuff here
05:29we've got a desk this is old school really it's a bureau i think you need a bit more desk space
05:37than this some things looking interesting and look at these these i mean these are proper
05:42oh she's obviously a proper ballet dancer i don't know how they do it can stand it stay on their toes
05:48didn't even notice that she does the old ballet so this is the bar in it how can you have a bar in
05:52a room like this when there's no space let me see if i've still got the old oh my goodness
05:57rob and and and you're natural rob and next door i'm exploring youngest daughter madeline's room
06:07madeline's salon 10 30 till 4. so cute when you can get in oh my gosh where's the wardrobe there's
06:19no wardrobe is there no wonder there's clothes everywhere is that a wardrobe kind of he's trying
06:25to be a wardrobe her little makeup station is massive there's no way she's doing her makeup
06:31here or maybe she is just on her knees there's a price list for the salon solid nail color 3.99
06:40i'm gonna stop going to my nail lady she's definitely overcharged me last to size up is mum rachel's
06:47bedroom oh crikey can't even get into the wardrobe we have a lot of shoes
06:56and more clothes just piled up everywhere oh oh my gosh guys please calm downstairs see what dilly's
07:03found all right please don't be full oh look at the garage and the clutter continues you can't even
07:16move i want to come over to your side dilly but i can't get past anything look at all the tools
07:22maybe she's like a diy queen just kind of don't see her whipping out an angle grinder to sharpen
07:27the needles i'll have you know we can angle grind and sew i never said i never said she couldn't
07:34i just i don't think these particular tools belong to her it does say rachel and darren on this box to be
07:39fair maybe they belong to someone else but i'm just saying there is a possibility that she could use
07:45these tools as well no no no i'm not ruling that out it's such an incredible house there's so much
07:51space in there but they have just lost direction with everything you know there's no systems in
07:58place everything is out seeing all of those first place medals for dancing and thinking where are they
08:02practicing dancing around all the clothes i'm excited for this one i'm excited yeah they need to get
08:09back to a place where they can sort of reset reset to pirouette oh oh oh oh oh oh is this there yay
08:19go on hey are you okay yes thank you oh good it's so nice to meet you all it's busy in there to say the
08:27least yeah just a bit yes our lives are very busy madeline are you ready yet yeah just coming i found
08:37my stuff okay those aren't your uniform shorts where are they i've got two children um the oldest one is
08:44amelia and madeline they're both lovely lots of energy we have similar interests they're just so much
08:53fun to be around just go my mom does lots of things for us and she's really talented as well i work full
09:02time and i earn a bit of extra money doing bridal alterations and sewing and juggling all of that
09:11is just crazy i think the main reason the house is cluttered is just because we don't have time
09:16every day of the week we have dance classes we're in eating oh madeline get out get changed taxi the
09:26girls to dancing and back wake up again do it all again i'm immensely proud of both of them
09:33every other weekend they go to their dads we've always had a lot of things but the state of the
09:40clutter has definitely got worse since my ex-husband darren left i like the house because it's just my
09:47home but it's getting harder and harder to enjoy being here with all the stuff i feel guilty that the
09:55house has got into such a state that's very overwhelming and hard to deal with drop back there's
10:01barely any room now the house is a fresh start for me and the girls we want to make it our own space we've
10:08reached crisis point where not doing anything about the clutter is just not an option anymore
10:18i honestly don't know how you're doing it all and i can see why it's like spiraled to the situation
10:23you're in now obviously whenever we meet anyone in this process we always say
10:29the best thing you could possibly do for your home is let go of half of what exists in there now
10:34yeah is that something that you're up for i'm so ready yeah i want it done amelia you're gonna be my
10:40new best friend yes absolutely are you ready rachel i think so yeah yeah you're gonna have to be yeah
10:48okay i feel like we should just get in there and get going yeah yeah come on
10:55i think you just want an excuse to sit on a box we've got just 12 hours to help the yates family
11:06pack up their entire house hurry up i hope she's good at parting with material let's start in this
11:14corner this looks like your workshop is this a hobby that um altering dresses and making dresses because i
11:20know you work full-time at the school it's what pays for the fun stuff because i can just about
11:26meet the bills with my full-time job yeah and then for all the extras you need side hustle so it's
11:32imperative really that you have space to do this yeah what would your ideal scenario be with this space
11:38in here we need to have a proper space where we can sit as a family how did the front room get like
11:44this do you think just gradually over time i'm 99 sure that i have adhd so you've got all sorts of
11:53different things going on inside your head which kind of stops you from being able to do the things
11:59in real life and you you hold brains like that all the time you've got like 10 15 different tasks
12:05that you think you need to do except you can't sort of make those decisions properly you just ignore them
12:13i am getting a formal diagnosis for adhd but also madeline has adhd she tends to switch from one
12:22task to the other quite often i struggle with all of those things as well what do you think the ideal
12:27situation for you would be in the home for your adhd we need less stuff and then if everything has a
12:34definite home it's going to make it easier to keep things tidy it's just a different way of thinking
12:40yeah behavioral dance costumes you are just so so talented right let's get in squeeze in where are
12:47we gonna go with them i don't know so who's the messiest in this house me is it you really yeah i just
12:56barely have the motivation because of the house it's just so messy what would you like to do more
13:01of if you had the space in this room makeup i see you've got a lot of makeup in here yeah wow that
13:08is quite the collection is this all yours yeah i have more i think that's because you're creative
13:13you're good at makeup i noticed you have a sleepover bed under there yeah yeah which i can never get out
13:19oh i want to have friends over i can't because of all the clutter and i feel like embarrassed because
13:28i don't want people to see how messy my house is it would be really nice to actually have my friends
13:34over we're two rooms down and the vans are filling up you love dancing i do and you're incredibly good
13:42at you thank you i've seen all your awards and trophies you're so talented how first of all do
13:47you even practice in this house where it's really difficult um i think i do in the kitchen that's the
13:55best place to do point other than that i think i just go outside i can see that there's an element of
14:00you that wants to be organized what is it like living amongst all the clutter in the house it's really
14:06frustrating because it's really difficult to get anything done i need order and i need everything
14:15to be in a certain place and know what i'm doing i think it contributes to a lot of stress yeah for me
14:24a couple of years ago amelia was diagnosed with autism she has to have alone time she has to be able
14:31to go into a room and just be separate by herself the first thing we'd like to do in the lounge movie
14:40night movie night it's nice being just girls sometimes isn't it no pee on the toilet seat
14:47with all of their neurodiversity there is not a one system it's all for madeline and rachel
14:54their chaos is almost how they survive and they focus on one thing and ignore all of the mess
15:00amelia on the other hand it's almost the opposite she can see the mess and it debilitates her and
15:07limiting her from doing the things that she wants to do we have to really really carefully plan how
15:13we can help them not just get to the refresh but also how they can continue to keep it up
15:22you look so concentrated in there we've packed nearly half the house but we're yet to tackle the
15:28dreaded garage so me and rachel are heading there next what happened rachel and this is where things
15:35come to hide are the girls still loving their piano there's so much stuff in here that looks
15:42like it's years old did you ever have any aspirations for this room or when darren was still living here
15:49what he'd promised to do was make it into a dance studio for the girls that would be so yeah wouldn't
15:54i guess the relationship broke down and that never happened we'd been married 10 or 11 years and
16:03i could tell that something was not quite right and i confronted him and he basically said
16:09i don't love you anymore and weeks later was in a relationship with somebody
16:15but they are still together they're getting married this year so i guess it's all worked out for the best
16:21that's darren's as well why have you still got all this stuff um because for quite a long time
16:28afterwards it was too difficult for me to see him but now enough time's gone past me and darren get on
16:35fine and we co-parent really well together now and he's actually really been really supportive that's so
16:40good time heals all wounds and all of that but oh you've just got to carry on haven't you well you're
16:48amazing you've put your girls first and you've decided that's how you're going to do it
16:55oh this is it gotta keep going let's get this one out of the way we did it
17:01apologies in advance oh my goodness i'm gonna go and grab some stuff from upstairs and run it down
17:06the unicorn put it there get a bit squished it's been a long day but the yates's house is finally clear
17:13and four van loads of their possessions head to the warehouse bye see you soon it's so big
17:26the last time that room was like this was when we moved in i'm thinking this should be a roll of ink
17:32the family have two big days ahead i can't wait to get in there and get started every item from
17:43their home has been displayed in a 10 000 square foot aircraft hangar are you going to struggle to
17:50lose all your shoes well i think you'll be fine i i've got a few pairs that i can get rid of
17:55and now they need to decide on what to keep there she is and what to let go of hi hello your staff
18:05fills up an entire oh no aircraft hangar how is everyone very excited yeah i want to get started
18:15i'm nervous to see how much stuff we have are you ready to see your house yes i think so
18:20come on let's go and have a look this is it oh my god why do we have so much i'm actually speechless
18:41welcome to your house out of the hundreds of boxes unpacked and laid out from the yates's home
18:48we discovered 161 pairs of shoes 103 pieces of wood 277 medals and 829 pieces of fabric
19:04how are you feeling now that you've walked in seen it all i'm very excited there just keeps
19:10being more stuff i didn't see a lot of it behind this you look so dubious rachel i don't know i'm just
19:15not sure how we're going to get through it all we can go section by section and really just pull
19:20out what makes us happy what deserves to be back at that house so you're ready to really go to town
19:26i'm so ready right let's get started we've organized the family's belongings into themed sections and now
19:33it's their job to decide what to keep and what to donate recycle or sell
19:39with so much of the house taken up by their favorite activity i am wasting no time and getting stuck
19:47into the dance section i think the first thing we should do is take a moment to appreciate what
19:53you're achieving in your dance this is incredible that's a lot of medals we're going to get rid of
19:57any medals i don't think you should that's one that my mom made for me oh i was probably younger
20:05than amelia it's one of the few things that my mom made for me so you'll give it that's absolutely
20:10fair enough people want second-hand dance shoes all the time yeah exactly i think we should sell them
20:15and these pointe shoes these are my first ones so we should definitely keep these and do something
20:19special with them okay i'm sorry but the tattoos are so exciting look you should make a noise everywhere
20:26you go yeah guess who's back oh come on gene kelly you've got to go a bit slower than that for me
20:38oh no i keep forgetting sam you're doing great i love you guys enough of the dancing and back to
20:51the rails i'll get rid of the red dress so get rid of that keep that that one's mine i like that
20:59that can go cheers exactly right let's go let's take these boxes down and finish this section i mean
21:08if you if it's 30 quid a costume or even 20 pound a costume you're looking at a couple of hundred
21:14quid at least just there that's like a holiday yeah try and start afresh and make some money while
21:19we're there we might as well well done team let's keep going first section of the warehouse complete
21:28back at the house oh nice day for it the team are busy planning how they can transform the garage
21:35into a more useful space for the family oh my goodness me it's unrecognizable isn't it look at
21:42all this space we've got now i feel like there is only one thing for this garage and that is a dance
21:50studio yeah definitely i'll with you on that one we've got the nice floor space this is really nice and
21:56level so it's perfect this is going to be a beautiful dance space all i need to do is do a
22:01bit of research and then find out the appropriate flooring to place down on this get the correct
22:07size mirrors and that bar it's a pretty simple one large but simple love it we plan it right we can
22:13make it perfect i'm so excited i'm going to pre-rep my pen on this page and get to planning
22:19while rub draws up the design ewan is working his magic on the windows in amelia's room
22:26a clean space is a calm space we've got quite a thick layer of dust on the window
22:32so i want to remove that and then see what we're left with i'm just using some warm soapy water
22:38just with a little bit of washing up liquid in it along here look at that
22:43and i'm just going to use a squeegee to whip off any excess liquid and this is a bit of an old
22:51school tip you can just use some white vinegar mixed with some water and just go on with some scrunched up
22:57newspaper and use this to buff the windows up at the aircraft hangar who's still reading peter rabbit
23:07it's an heirloom collection stacy the children's books are causing some family debates
23:14amelia yeah where have you put the rest of those books i don't know amelia keeps throwing things
23:19away but we don't want to um i'm not sure we're working relatively well as a team i just don't want
23:25to lose the memories some of these are the children's books that we've shared when they
23:32have been little please stop making sweeping decisions okay amelia has gone in with the mindset
23:41of i need to let go of everything which is useful helpful for me but it is making rachel panic
23:48the naughtiest girl that's part of this set yeah i know i've already thrown a few of them yeah but
23:53we don't want but if they're going to be donated keep it as a set amelia sorry i'm not going to get
23:59in between mother and daughter why are you so ruthless amelia i don't know i just want a nice
24:06house i'm over having too much stuff i'm over it time to diffuse the situation and take rachel off to
24:14the memory section these are new baby cards from when i was born do you see no stop your mum's cards
24:23and for you when you're born didn't your mum want any of these andy i think she'll probably want them
24:28back i was gonna say some of these are for darren best daddy and things like that and so he'll want
24:35to keep them i've just seen that what is that that is what darren rate when he proposed yeah it's hard
24:46sorry i'm so sorry i mean it's not that i'm wanting back anymore it just makes me sad that feel
24:59that it was wasted in a way no i i i disagree i think you're not doing yourself justice there
25:09you're handling it so well and but this stuff maybe a part of this process will be saying right
25:16that makes me unhappy this is not doing anything for me let's let it go how do you feel about what's
25:23actually here i wouldn't necessarily be bothered about keeping a lot of this but they would because
25:30it's their memories it's their memories as well right i'm going to get the girls down then and get
25:34them to go through this because i think that would be the best play oh as a mum like i genuinely
25:41really respect any parent who can keep and hold on to their wedding staff allowing those memories to
25:48stay in their lives just for the sake of her children look it's daddy with her are you going to get
25:57pregnant again no cool as the family come together they saw through what means most to them and what
26:05they're happy to let go of wow yes making real progress in cutting down their possessions look at
26:13all these free black spaces on the floor i'm proud of us well done this is a huge huge achievement and has
26:20made a huge dent in this warehouse yes yay in the family's living room rob is building a shoe storage
26:30bench out of mdf to make better use of the previously wasted space under the window the clever design means
26:38the radiator will still be able to heat the room effectively with the arch here and our nice gap
26:44underneath that's where the air will flow all the way underneath here get pulled to the radiator and
26:51then come up warming up all of this area once this has got a good liquor paint on it it's going to look
26:56spot on there you have it outside ewan has a handy trick when it comes to cleaning rugs you just need
27:06to get some warm water and pop in a laundry detergent capsule and then we're going to use a saucepan lid
27:14and a tea towel pop it in there to soak wrap the tea towel around the lid then use this as like a
27:22cleaning pad and you just kind of go on and scrape and you'll see this is lifting the pile
27:32but it's also dragging away any surface fluff or hair here so you can get rid of that oh look at that
27:41it at the warehouse yes rachel rachel is on a roll and she and the girls are doing so well cutting down
27:51their possessions but with so much of ex-darren's stuff still here rachel's invited him to the
27:56warehouse to tackle his own section i actually feel really nervous is that silly i feel i don't know
28:02i feel like i'm in between my mom and dad i feel like my mom and dad are getting divorced all over
28:07again so darren will be here in a minute do you feel all right with it all yeah yeah it's a bit
28:14embarrassing because the house is a tip and he kind of blames me for that as well for how it was when
28:18we were together at the oh there he is oh um at least he's here yes exactly yeah yeah supportive
28:26of the girls as well exactly father oh we have your books
28:31we have found quite a lot of you around the house really yeah yeah little bits and pieces
28:44squirrels right welcome to the carriage yeah i just didn't think for one minute there was anything like
28:56this amount of stuff in there i mean how did this just go in one garage how did it fit in there i know
29:03it's always been on my mind to uh get the stuff out the garage but uh life being life it's never
29:09really seemed to happen to have the last of my stuff out of here and a fresh start for rachel and the
29:15girls in what is now their home will be uh good i think and be positive for everybody a lot of it is
29:22like tools paints yeah he's a disco dj on the side as well so he has so many well i was i don't do that
29:30anymore can you see stuff that you think i can shove that straight in a box ready to recycle or rehome
29:35straight away take it all literally swap it up yeah go for it let's yeah
29:39i don't want any of this car stuff oh this stuff yeah this is the stuff i bought oh for the thingies
29:51my flight cases i'll definitely take them it's so nice to be able to see darren rachel the kids all
29:58working together as a team to sort that house out you know it's not an easy process by all means when
30:06it's just straightforward when you've got difficult emotions in the mix as well it's even tougher and
30:12i just think they did a really good job of handling themselves and working for it for the sake of the
30:15girls there's expensive tools over there that rachel said were yours and i can't believe you haven't been
30:22back from almost like it's like stopped in time because you kind of moved out and then just started
30:30again yeah i i had to and made for an uncomfortable situation and the last thing i wanted to do was
30:36make that uncomfortable for the girls or anything yay oh what's in there my grandad's old tools wow
30:45old old it's heavier than it looks in here i i think darren being here is quite cathartic
30:54you sure you don't want to take this bit of guttering with you helping to get rid of all of the rest of his
30:58bits and pieces out of the house so it'll just be our house now want to have some fun
31:10it's the very first thing i ever wanna in a grab machine at skegnaz i tell you what you could keep
31:15it at daddy's house because daddy won it for you yeah as the whole family make positive steps forward
31:24the garage is finally clear and while darren heads off good job hi darren thank you there's one last
31:34push to clear as much of the warehouse as we can listen up blitz blitz blitz i want to see us running
31:40down there taking stuff to the piles and clearing this space madeline get over here we literally have
31:47everything and the kitchen sink this is exactly this is eyeliner it can go in the middle this is my
31:52lip palette i like this see this is the start of your makeup journey the very old slightly creepy cram

32:12we done it end of day one it's amazing honestly you should be so proud of yourselves you've done

32:25it's really hard but we did it who's hungry yes i'm so hungry definitely let's go

32:41oh how good it is to be back in the warehouse dealings arrived to crack the whip

32:58hi good morning morning how do you feel like yesterday went really well yeah it went yeah well
33:04done rachel because you tackled some really tough areas yesterday we've still got a lot to do though
33:10overriding factor that we have to think about today is space we are trying to get back space in
33:15our house and some organization so that we can enjoy it ready there is no time to waste so dilly
33:21goes straight for rachel's weak spot there are a lot of shoes here in fact there are 161 pairs
33:29of shoes rachel think you have 60 pairs of high heels alone i could probably get rid of one or two
33:38but some of them are quite lovely okay so let's pick out the lovely which are your favorite for example
33:44those are my favorite ones um and you wear these shoes yeah with this heel yeah yeah i mean you
33:50really are going out out i mean these are pretty these are pretty special heels yeah let me see you
33:55in these heels if you can walk all the way to the end and back you can keep them oh geez that's it
34:04strap that star i mean i'm impressed
34:11i mean did you see rachel walking up and down in those heels i was gonna be like i bet she can't
34:15walk in them she was walking not only was she walking she was tap dancing in them hats off to her
34:21you can keep the heels rachel you tap danced in them oh my gosh you really are good in those heels i
34:26i love a good pair of shoes do you know how many pairs of high heels i've got five pairs of heels
34:31and they see me through everything oh my goodness how often does mum get a night out um not very often
34:38not as much as i used to but got out of the habit and i feel now that i need to make more of an effort
34:43to for you be social i think the most important thing about this whole week is that we are giving
34:49rachel back time with her girls but also time for her because i feel like she's sort of just been a
34:54mum and we want her to be rachel again first i'm done it's a big win as rachel cuts her shoe
35:00collection down by almost half so do you think if you envision all your shoes now they're gonna
35:05have space for them yeah you're gonna wear those yeah i've worn all of these excellent so we can
35:10sell all the rest of these well done that is an amazing result this is such an amazing start
35:18at the house ewan's bleeding the radiators oh and rob is busy transforming the garage into a new
35:33dance studio for the girls he's fitting plywood sheets to provide a flat base then glues the vinyl
35:40dance floor on top so we're going to turn once upon a time completely cluttered can't see the floor
35:47garage into amelia's and madeline's brand new dance studio in the warehouse dilly is gearing up to tackle
35:57rachel's 829 pieces of fabric the way that the materials and everything were before in that
36:04craft room were more stressful than bringing you joy and the way that your sewing table was set up
36:10in the front room that's not an enjoyable part-time job or hobby is it so what we need to think is how
36:17can we make this better for you do you think that every single piece of this fabric would be used at

37:11manage her home do you think having this laid out has been a huge help to you to make decisions it's
37:18been brilliant because with adhd you have to be able to see it so you can break it down into smaller
37:25jobs it's been fantastic so absolutely we need to make sure that you have systems in your house
37:31yes you have structure yeah and that you can access all the things that you need yeah you do not need
37:37a warehouse to be able to edit your things empty everything into the largest nearest space that you
37:43can lay out once you group things it's easy to see what you need and what you don't need

39:42it's 8am and two bands of the yates's possessions have arrived back at the house
39:46how do you organize your books we have 12 hours to get every room organized before the family return
39:54home good morning there are far too many boxes right now but we've got so much to do so we need
40:02to just get going split up do our thing go go go come on team oh my obstacle course careful rob
40:09dilly's getting started by organizing all of the girls dancewear madeline and amelia have a different
40:15dance class every night of the week that's a huge amount of dance clothes they've got tap
40:19they've got ballet they've got point all of these activities mean lots of things so what i thought i'd
40:25do is give them a basket for each day of the week so every day they know today is ballet and point
40:31ballet and point outfits always go in the tuesday basket because that's when it is and then every single
40:36day is beautifully organized and then hopefully everyone knows when they're looking for their outfits for
40:42each week it's in each basket outside rob is creating a pegboard wall which will help rachel
40:51keep on top of her costume making bits and bobs once the ball to cut to size he fixes the sheets into
40:57place that's one giant pegboard up i'm really looking forward to seeing what dilly does with this
41:04i'm making a bespoke sign for the girls new dance studio i've got a really cheap box frame i've taken
41:13like the clear panel out of it and just left the back in and i'm gonna cover the whole thing in leaf
41:18panels so i'm just stapling the bush in i feel like it's the easiest way to get it on and nice and flat
41:27and i'm just going to carry on going until the whole thing is covered i love a staple gun now for
41:35the piece de resistance let's dance oh what is this i'm making this i love it that is a little bit
41:44special three two one is it on it's on yay it actually works shall i lift it up and see hold on
41:54i stapled it to the oh stacy you've stapled it to the table you lunatic took me ages
42:02i want to cry don't buy it you'll break the frame oh this is this is nice why don't you try and hang
42:07it no please don't tell me i think this really brings me joy i didn't think it through the poor
42:17bench do you know what i feel very judged right now i don't see anyone else coming up with this
42:22bushy creativeness oh my well rob fixes my mess ewan's got an idea to get the family motivated
42:33i thought it'd be quite fun thing for rachel and the girls to have a to-do jar so i'm going to
42:39label up some lolly sticks with different tasks i'm going to make it things that you can do in
42:43under 15 minutes color coordinate them so they've each got their own color dip the lolly stick into
42:49some paint and lay them out to dry and i'm going to write onto them different jobs for each of them
42:57i think this will really help the girls to start doing more stuff around the house if they can schedule
43:01all these dance lessons in their life they can also schedule a little bit of time to dip into
43:06the to-do jar and see what task comes out of it in the transformed spare room dilly's in heaven
43:13organizing rachel's new pegboard pegboards are the most genius invention because they're so super simple
43:19you can edit them to however you want we know that rachel needs to see everything out and of course we
43:24want to make it look beautiful too this is really going to help her hopefully it'll inspire her with her
43:30creations being able to see all these things you can do things like this really inexpensively color
43:37swatches trims appliques what more could she want from this wall it looks amazing
43:47promised amelia that i would do something with her point shoes i've got some fake foliage here
43:52if i fit it with some plants hang them up they'll look like a little feature point hanging basket
44:01and that's it i'm just going to hang them up pride of place
44:04and there'll be a big feature in the room as the team crack on organizing the house
44:10and there we go that is our ballet basket i've got a little treat for madeleine i'll get a right
44:21frill out of making something 10 times cheaper than it costs to buy you 20 quid it's great oh look at this
44:31dance floor and garage and when we don't want to see it all
44:37and want to dance we can hide it and there we have it our beautiful dance studio thank you
44:44the team are working non-stop we've just three hours left there's still a huge amount to organize
44:50build and clean i need to definitely work on my flexibility not one part of the house is finished
44:57and i'm sweating not just from the heat
45:03the whole of the downstairs is still full of boxes not one room up here is done we've got three hours
45:08left we've got no time i know i know you're all working everyone's working so so so hard but we've
45:13got no time now guys and we have to just crack on do it in half the time while we power through
45:19there's a special project i still need to get done for the girls
45:22i am trying to make a really pretty piece out of the girls medals so i have got a really cheap table
45:32with a lip on it i'm going to glue all of their medals down onto this table and then pour resin in
45:42so that they've got a beautiful table that displays some of their amazing achievements
45:48i'm using super glue to stick the medals onto the tabletop keeping them as evenly spaced as possible
45:54i feel like i've just like emptied a treasure chest you know and i've got all the doubloons
45:59i'm having a lot of fun once the medals are all down i mix up my resin using two parts resin to one part
46:06hardener you have to do this for about four or five minutes because it has to be completely combined
46:12ready to pour into the table i'm a little bit nervous i feel like you've only get one chance at this
46:20to get rid of any air bubbles use a heat torch to ensure the resin dries completely clear
46:25oh it looks so good ready to leave it to dry the girls are going to love it exciting times
46:38time is running out and it's all hands on deck to get the last room finished all right what do i need

48:59anymore so we really wanted to make it cozy so you could all get in here and actually enjoy spending
49:04time together it's amazing what the do you know what's in there delia's organized all your dance
49:11clothes in there in order a day of the week no oh that's amazing the sofa's so cool look at it oh it's
49:20our brand new sofa so this is the first time we've actually we finally brought it back are you pleased with
49:25it yeah have you noticed what you've got there i didn't even know you had one a tiny room table
49:33let me show you one other thing you and major a jar it's a to-do jar i know that mum has so much to
49:39do so you and said right i'm going to make a little to-do jar to maybe encourage the girls to help mum
49:45and you can pick one little lollipop stick a day throw away outdated food wipe down the living room
49:51surface that's good it's definitely better motivation because it's just right there isn't it
49:56that's amazing and then the more everyone chips in the easier it would be to keep it like this

51:02shoes have pride in place yeah it's so nice they are so special and i know how hard you work to get to
51:08point where you'd cleared and let go of so much stuff in the warehouse you actually have a lot of
51:14floor space in here that we didn't realize that you had so we thought a big desk and it can be
51:18multifunctional so if you open that up oh this was a table but rob made a secret compartment underneath
51:26it's cool isn't it i love that so you can do your homework makeup anything that you want to do at a
51:33desk these are so cute i love the planners the planner is going to help so much does it feel good
51:39yeah it feels so good so nice it's like my own nice space i love it so much across the landing
51:48madeleine's room was bursting at the seams with no clear surfaces or space for her clothes
51:53now it's clear from clutter and beautifully organized welcome to your bedroom

56:47girls have had friends over amelia's been using a dance studio i've been sewing in my sewing room the
56:54sewing room is fantastic i think i've definitely been the most nagging at people to keep the house
57:01tidy because when it's messy i'm the one who it bothers the most amelia is definitely cracking the
57:06whip with amelia's autism and madeline's adhd it's been so much more calm for amelia and for madeline
57:15it's so much easier for her to find things and know where things need to be put away come on then
