00:21Hindi na pigilan ng mayatmayang pagulan ang pagtitipon ng mga babaeng kalahok sa pinakamalaking running event para sa kababaihan sa bansa.

00:33Ito, ang Women's Run PH 2025 na ginanap sa Iloilo City.

00:39Sinimula ng aktividad ng warm-up sa pamamagitan ng Zumba.

00:46Lalo pang lumakas ang ulan sa Gunstart na siya namang mas nagbigay ng saya para sa mga runners

00:55na kumarira sa 10 kilometers, 5 kilometers at 1 kilometer category para sa mga bata.

01:02Kabilang sa mga tumakbo, ang first-time runner na si Joyce Catalan.

01:07Great experience and even though it was training, very fulfilling po.

01:12And we'll definitely do it again next year.

01:13Hindi ka iratang ako sa ulan?

01:14Hindi po. Actually, maganda po na umulan kasi para medyo malamig, hindi masyadong mainit po.

01:21Emosyonal naman sa kanyang unang running event si Goldamer Lumbo

01:25na para sa kanya isang makahulugang small win.

01:29I decided to join this to celebrate my silent battles and my small wins

01:36and to celebrate my womanhood.

01:38Yes, that's why I, and also my sister encouraged me to join this.

01:43And of course, to have physical, to be physically active.

01:48Ayon sa founder at CEO ng Women's Run PH na si Nicole De La Cruz,

01:54ikinatuwa nila ang pagdami ng mga babaeng runners na sumali sa running event na nakalaan para sa kanila.

02:00Um, actually, you know what? We're very grateful with the support of the Ilongos.

02:05But not only that, but the women all over here in Philippines,

02:09we also have runners from different places and outside Metro Manila and outside the country.

02:13So they flew here just to join this event.

02:16Dagdag ni Nicole, nakatutulong ang aktividad na mapalakas ang kumpiyansa ng kababaihan sa kanilang sarili,

02:23lalo na sa mga pagsubok sa buhay.

02:24So with this event, we are able to build confidence in them that they can do a lot of things in life.

02:30They don't have to be hindered by their age, what people can say about them,

02:35but instead when they try it, they give their best and have the confidence in them to finish the race.

02:42Ito na ang pangalawang pagkakataon na ginanap ang Women's Run PH sa Iloilo City

02:46na nakatakdang gaganapin ulit sa Cagayan de Oro ngayong Septyembre
