00:09access on 8th of october 2024 let's face it nearly everyone who has played walkabout mini golf loves

00:15it and every dlc they release is so good well i think disc frenzy has a potential to be just as

00:21good it has the same style look about it colorful and kid-like drawing graphics and that's not a

00:27bad thing it actually suits these types of games really well so in case you don't know what disc

00:32frenzy is it's taking a frisbee and playing crazy golf with it throw it throw it again then hopefully

00:38throw it into a giant basket for the putt you are playing as an alien on an alien world that loves

00:44this game you kick off with a very informative training video which takes about six or seven

00:49minutes then choose your game from seven courses so far glass house greens farmland fairway penguin

00:56peak the lab balloon loft park maple fairway and bogey beach each one is so beautifully designed

01:04offering many things to look at places to explore and having their own little stories inside of them

01:09many of them that will make you laugh or at the very least will give you a smile they vary in length

01:14from 14 to 18 holes then tailor your game by selecting if you want the wind on or off wind strength from

01:21random weak or strong then pick if you want big baskets or normal then stroke play or times and

01:28finally select the front nine back nine or all i really like that you can turn off the wind because

01:33first time i played it i had the wind on and in random mode and it was so so difficult it was really

01:40frustrating but once i turned off that setting it actually became very enjoyable make sure to look

01:45around because hidden around each course you can find discs to collect which will give you new disc

01:51patterns and graphics i think there's about 150 and all so far and then you can go and customize your

01:57discs shame they don't have some of your favorite youtubers logos to collect also you also get new

02:03graphics by completing the whole on par or under par you can also adjust the size and weights of the disc

02:09though i'd like to see some explanations or advice on this as most people won't know the pros and cons of

02:15these adjustments so as far as discs go you have three sizes small medium and large each one

02:21is going to be offering something different in the way of throwing and distance you can play this

02:25game online with a bunch of your friends you are going to have a great laugh with this if you have

02:29friends to play with but playing solo is also good fun the mechanics of the disc feel pretty decent

02:35it's been a while since i last actually threw a frisbee in life but in the game you grab a frisbee

02:41from your back holding down the grip then throw it and release the grip when you want to let go now

02:46it really depends on your angles you throw to determine if it's going to go straight or if like

02:51me it's going to zoom off about two miles and turn corners it is going to take some time to get used to

02:57controls might take some time also getting used to it's nothing complicated but i just keep forgetting

03:02which button to press to swap my discs and i end up clicking into the scorecard instead game menus offer

03:08if you want to use two controllers or just one teleport or smooth and speed slider then snap or smooth turn

03:15and a slider to turn up the speed then how you want to grip the disc which is between grip button

03:20or trigger button direction choices and walk on water on or off then also audio settings for sound

03:27effects ambience music voice chat options and then language settings now the game is pretty strong as it

03:33is and it's like it's taken a blueprint straight from walkabout mini golf success and replicated it with

03:39their own spin to it but i would love to see three to five single player competitions in this game where

03:44you can compete for trophies that you could store on a shelf somewhere and then if they plan on

03:49releasing dlcs add a new competition with a new cup along with a new map imagine being able to compete

03:55in a league over seven courses and then a competition on each course there may be some other competitions

04:01like throwing the furthest or having to throw between two lines where you have to pass the first

04:05line but cannot go over the second line and after each round the lines get closer together maybe like a

04:11funfear type game where you have to hit and knock over cans or bottles or something like where you

04:16have to throw your disc into a large hole box goal but each round the box gets smaller until it's the

04:21size of a letterbox anyway if you like the walkabout mini golf series i highly recommend giving this a
