00:00When the people would always say that football is 95% mental and 5% physical, I always tell them just go play it.
00:07But that's basically what he's saying.
00:08I always use the example, Matt Millen.
00:11Matt Millen was slower than the D linemen.
00:14Matt Millen arrived at the spot before everybody because he knew what was going on.
00:19A young guy who's very fast, remember I told you about Cole Holcomb?
00:23Yeah.
00:24I say, yeah, because everybody say how fast he was.
00:26I say, yep.
00:26He runs himself right out of position because he don't know where the hell he's supposed to be.
00:30Or he's running over there very late and he does something stupid.
00:33Well, that veteran player already has figured out where they're going, and he takes less movement, less step, less effort, and makes the play over and over again.
00:43But I would just have to tell Bobby, it's not a media thing.
00:47The front offices use that to try to hold people back.
00:52And then they'll tell you the media keep pushing it.
00:54They don't talk about it unless the front office talks about it.
00:56That was the one thing I wanted to say.
00:58It is front office driven.
00:59If the front office would not talk about it, the media wouldn't talk about it.
01:03That's why I try to just get rid of it on a regular basis.
01:05Yeah, I think, you know, you've got to examine your roster from 100 different angles.
01:10That's kind of the game.
01:11Mm-hmm.
01:12But you also have to allow for outliers and guys that can do stuff beyond what the data set shows.
01:22Because every year, those guys exist.
01:24All right.
01:36All right.
