00:00A lot of what I learned today at this event is going to kind of happen over time now.

00:09I think, look, man, to me, what really stands out is how much, how significant the money is going to be coming from the Harris group.

00:23And it's probably more than, frankly, we've ever seen in an NFL deal.

00:29And it's a testament to what these dudes are about and really like putting your money where your mouth is, which doesn't happen all that often.

00:40And these guys are absolutely doing it.

00:43So let's start with some of the information we got this morning.

00:48The size of the RFK campus is, you know, the city center, that huge development they put in kind of just past Capital One Arena.

00:57Where all those fancy ass stores are.

00:59That's a big area, dude.

01:01Totally.

01:02You could put 18 city centers onto the lands at RFK Stadium.

01:07And people hear that and they look at, I think when they look at the actual just RFK, they're just looking at the stadium.

01:13It's more than just the stadium area.

01:16A lot of stuff around there.

01:17And I believe that little waterfront is going to be a lot different than what you're looking at right now.

01:23For sure.

01:25Well, speaking of the waterfront, you know, the wharf, which is beautiful and dope.

01:30Dude, the wharf, you could build four of those.

01:34That size, that scope, you could build four of those on the RFK site.

01:38Four of them.

01:39Yeah.

01:39I mean, that's crazy.

01:40Totally.

01:41I just, what they could do, and I mentioned something earlier that this might be the largest private investment in D.C. history.

01:49As a matter of fact, Landville, it is the largest private investment in D.C. history.

01:54And I just, I can't get over enough that these guys are putting up the money and how much that matters.
