The older l get, the more Pullups seem to help my shoulder alignment! To me, Pullups/Chinups are FAR superior to Pulldowns, and for older athletes, this is especially true. The stretching and shifting from bodyweight pulling scar tissue and other stuck areas apart is hard to beat. Yep, Pullups are harder. Its cuz they do more overall. God Bless!
