Two sessions of Side Presses today w/78lb. 1st SUCCESSFUL lift is always ROUGH! As you can see, l sink to the side aggressively, which is essentially a dip like used on a Push Press or Jerk. If you know what an Olympic Press is, this sinking down while keeping the legs straight is theoretically the same idea. I am feeling pretty stinkin' good after these! Hallelujah! Piriformis & Glute Medius got rocked hard, which is what l needed. These are hard to beat for Sciatica issues stemming from a tight Piriformis. Hope it helps YOU! God Bless!
