After Snatching into position, l would Squat as low as possible which as you can see required rotating as much as possible towards the side holding the weight. Without this rotation, l would have to stop at parallel. This is a great movement l wish l'd know about 40 years ago! Just an excellent way to twist the spine open as shoulder stability is built.
