Kelly Snatch into Squats JL 50lb Plate

Wasn't sure how this would go with a plate as it puts the hands so close together. I needn't have worried, that Jack LaLanne 50lber FLEW up there! Adding a Squat to the finish of the Kelly Snatch stretches the arms, shoulders & lower back. Let me know if ya give these a try! God Bless!!
