One Hand Overhead Squats 122.75lb TPB

One Hand Overhead Squats with 122.75lb to help build up for some BIG Bent Presses. Things sure are getting exciting! To add a bit of realness, l included my first two tries so you can see l wasn't able to just 'jump right in.' Brought out my Texas Power Bar for this workout and man, what a stiff bar!! Even though the center knurling is just perfect for my hand size, l seemed to have a heck of a time getting the bar balanced. BTW, l weighed it on a digital scale and it was 43.1lb! I thought they were at least 45lb. Anyways, still excited at the prospects of Squatting this way to help my Bent Pressing. God Bless!
