Hallelujah! Adding a pair of INTERNATIONAL 25lbers brought the weight up to 189¾lb(86kg) :89% of my 212lb max. This puts my 5x3s weight of 139¾lb @ ~66%. I don't live & die by the percentages, l use them to keep me honest! HOW did McWilliams do 350lb this way in the 1940s?! Having got my setup figured out, l am VERY excited to lift two plates with 3 plates sometime this year! Hope you are excited about your training! God Bless!
