00:00In the end I was happy. I was happy with it. The first half of the season was a bit difficult because I was a bit on and off with a lingering injury. So my fitness wasn't really where I wanted it to be and where we needed it to be until December.
00:18And I think if you look at the amount of games I've played and goals I've scored since December, it's been a lot. So that back four or five months of the season I've been happy with. But I think if I wasn't struggling with this lingering injury in the first few months I probably could have racked up a few more goals.
00:40You played as a target man but I know a lot of the fans would like to see you in more of a withdrawn role. Is that something that you feel like you're better at or what's your preferred position?
00:52Yeah well I used to always play as a as a 10. I was a nine and a half or however you want to call it. So close behind the striker and play off a striker.
01:04And then when I got here the manager needed me to play as a striker and he wanted me to play as a striker who could also drop in sometimes in midfield to create an extra man.
01:15So in that sense it's a similar role but then flipped around. Yeah I didn't know that people want to see me there but for me if I could pick that's probably my ideal position.
01:27But it's obviously always depends on what kind of formation and tactics the gaffer has planned.
